The Blakemore Blue Socks Book Club customarily meets the last Friday of each month in Fellowship Hall.  We discuss a variety of books and we also watch and discuss movies.  We meet at 6:30pm on the months we watch movies and at  7:00pm on the months we discuss books.  We are a lively bunch with lots of opinions to share in a safe environment.  We may disagree but we are never disagreeable.

On April 30 we will view the movie "The Invention of Lying," using our new projection system for the first time.  6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.  Please bring a snacks for sharing while we enjoy the movie.  Discussion to follow.

On May 28 we will discuss the book "What Came Before He Shot Her," by Elizabeth George.  Carla Nankervis will lead the discussion.  7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.  Snacks for sharing are invited.
